• Purchases are subject to product availability. There may be a limited quantity of items on the site, and your purchase may be refunded on the discretion of our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without written permission by us. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

3—Shipping Policy

The shipping policy is outlined under each product description. By using our service, you agree to these shipping policies.

If there is no outstanding shipping policy within the product description, they will fall under these categories:

• Preorder—All products that are labeled "preorder", "pre-order", "pre order", are subject to these terms:
  • Product is not on hand, and your purchase is our authorization to produce a product post purchase. 
  • Product/item will ship within 4-9 weeks of purchase date. If this is not fulfilled, you reserve the right to contact support via lovehardt1607@gmail.com
  • Shipping rates are outlined at the checkout page.
  • Delivery times often are in the discretion of the shipping post, but all products will ship within 7 days of purchase.
    
• Premade—All products that are labeled "premade", "pre-made", "pre made", are subject to these terms:
  • Product is on hand, and are available stock that will ship within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Shipping rates are outlined at the checkout page.
  • Delivery times often are in the discretion of the shipping post, but all products will ship within 7 days of purchase.

4—Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns and/or refunds. In the case that a refund is made. We have a 7 day return/refund policy. This means that once your order/product arrives to you, you have 7 days to file a return/refund. You must file a return via e-mail at lovehardt1607@gmail.com.

These terms are governed/construed in accordance to the laws of the United States.

6—ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
