ORDER PROCESSING

Allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours of placing your order to inform you on your order status.

PRE-ORDER POLICIES

Please allow 4-8 weeks for us to ship and deliver items ordered on site. All items purchased are made to order, so we have to account for production times, package preparation times, and carrier delivery wait times. We will do our best to lower production and shipping waits & expedite the process.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Free shipping policy:

All orders over $100 and delivered within the United States are eligible for free USPS/UPS Ground Advantage shipping.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Mexico.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Shipping zones are created to generalize an area in the world where shipping costs are the same or similar, and a static shipping rate will be applied to each zone.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LOVEHARDT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order delivery times: Shipping and package delivery times vary based on where you are delivering to, when your package is dropped off to the post office and when you ordered it. Please allow 4-9 weeks on international orders.

 

Refunds, returns & exchanges: orders outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only items that arrive incorrect, defected or packaged incorrectly at fault of LOVEHARDT staff are eligible for refunds. All refunds are reviewed by LOVEHARDT staff and are accepted or denied at staff discretion.
